DESCRIPTION:INVITATION\nDear Members of IBF Luxembourg\,\nWe are pleased to
  invite you to the next IBF Luxembourg event on\nTuesday\, 9th of May 2017
 \nat 6.00 p.m.\nwith our\n&nbsp\;\nGeneral Assembly\n followed by a speci
 al wine tasting\n“Charta Schengen-Prestige Wines &amp\; Chocolat”\nLoc
 ation: Musée du Vin\, Ehnen\n&nbsp\;\nGeneral Assembly: Apart from the di
 scharge of the Board and the re-election of Board members\, we will have t
 o decide on new statutes of IBF Luxembourg to be legally compliant. In add
 ition\, we have to decide on an suggested increase of our membership fee.\
 nPlease take the opportunity to exercise your right to vote and thus activ
 ely take part in the future of IBF Luxembourg. In case you are not able to
  attend the General Assembly you may provide us with a power of attorney.\
 nAccording to Article 12 of our statutes a qualified majority of 2/3 of ou
 r members (individual and corporate) is required to change the statutes. I
 f this quorum is not achieved a new General Assembly with the same agenda 
 is called for the same day\, where the number of members present represent
 s a sufficient quorum.\nFollowing the General Assembly\, Anne-Cathrin Mond
 loch will guide us through a very special wine tasting and teach us the di
 fference of tasting wine and chocolate. For tasting wine you need three se
 nses\, tasting chocolate needs five senses. All together they may cause an
  explosion of taste in your mouth. Just the right experience after a a les
 s juicy general assembly!\nThe timing is as follows:\n\n 	6.00 p.m. - 6.30
  p.m. Arrival of IBF members – welcome drink\n 	6.30 p.m. - 7.00 p.m. IB
 F General Assembly\n 	7.00 p.m. - 9.00 p.m. Wine tasting “Charta Schenge
 n-Prestige Wines &amp\; Chocolate”\n(in German language)\n\nIf you would
