Dear IBF Luxembourg Members, Friends and Family,
We warmly invite you to our Hiking & Barbecue with family & friends, on Saturday, July 1st.
If you are an IBF Luxembourg member, the event is for free! Spouses of IBF members and friends of IBF Luxembourg (non-members) can enjoy the barbecue with us for only 40€ per person (Kids until the age of 12 years participate for free).

Information
- The event is for IBF members for free
- Corporate members can bring 5 (Premium) or 3 (Standard) members of their companies
- For guests and spouses of members, an expense contribution of 40€ has to be paid (children up to 12 years for free)
- *The hiking tour will be altogether around 7km – those who do not want to hike are welcome to come directly to the castle / hotel to the indicated times
- For ease of planning, please state the exact number of persons joining and if they will participate to the hiking
- Please chose appropriate clothing for the hiking – we reserve the right to decline the tour if bad weather foreseeable
- Please let us know any allergies to make adaquate preperations for the BBQ.
