INVITATION
Dear Members of IBF Luxembourg,
We are pleased to invite you to the next IBF Luxembourg event on
Tuesday, 9th of May 2017
at 6.00 p.m.
with our
General Assembly
followed by a special wine tasting
“Charta Schengen-Prestige Wines & Chocolat”
Location: Musée du Vin, Ehnen
General Assembly: Apart from the discharge of the Board and the re-election of Board members, we will have to decide on new statutes of IBF Luxembourg to be legally compliant. In addition, we have to decide on an suggested increase of our membership fee.
Please take the opportunity to exercise your right to vote and thus actively take part in the future of IBF Luxembourg. In case you are not able to attend the General Assembly you may provide us with a power of attorney.
According to Article 12 of our statutes a qualified majority of 2/3 of our members (individual and corporate) is required to change the statutes. If this quorum is not achieved a new General Assembly with the same agenda is called for the same day, where the number of members present represents a sufficient quorum.
Following the General Assembly, Anne-Cathrin Mondloch will guide us through a very special wine tasting and teach us the difference of tasting wine and chocolate. For tasting wine you need three senses, tasting chocolate needs five senses. All together they may cause an explosion of taste in your mouth. Just the right experience after a a less juicy general assembly!
The timing is as follows:
- 6.00 p.m. – 6.30 p.m. Arrival of IBF members – welcome drink
- 6.30 p.m. – 7.00 p.m. IBF General Assembly
- 7.00 p.m. – 9.00 p.m. Wine tasting “Charta Schengen-Prestige Wines & Chocolate”
(in German language)
If you would like to attend, we invite you to reply before 2nd of May 2017 by e-mail to info@ibf.lu or provide us with a power of attorney (see attachment).
We are looking forward to seeing you at the General Assembly and enjoy a pleasant evening with you supported by nice wines and chocolates.
Best regards
The Board of International Bankers Forum Luxembourg
